How a new site works
You join, and we talk through what the site needs to do, who it is for and what you have today.
We break the site into requests (pages, design, content, forms) and agree with you what goes live first.
We design the key pages around your brand, and you approve them before we build.
We build the site on a private preview, in Astro or WordPress, and move your content across.
We set up redirects from your old addresses, check everything, and switch the site on.
The same membership carries on: your site hosted, looked after, and changed whenever you ask.

Fast pages, very little to attack and nothing to update. If your team posts news, blogs or vacancies, they get a simple editor.
A large shop, a members’ area or a tool your business relies on. We build it properly and look after it the same way.
Questions
Nothing on top of your membership. We build it through your requests, with no build fee and no quote.
Six months when you join with a new site, then month to month. That’s about what a web agency would charge for the build alone, with your hosting, upkeep and every other change included.
It depends on the size of the site. We build it one request at a time; add an extra request at a time while we build and it goes up faster, then remove it once the site is live.
Whichever suits your site. Most business sites are best in Astro; we use WordPress when the site needs something WordPress does best.
Yes. Your pages, posts and images come across, and your old addresses redirect to the new ones, so nothing search engines know about is lost.
Yes. If your team posts news, blogs or vacancies, you get a simple editor for them. Anything else, you send to us as a request.
Nothing changes: it stays on your membership, and we host it, keep it secure and backed up, and make every change you send.
Only work that is not part of your website, such as a separate internal system or app. Websites, new or old, are built through your membership.
