Agency and freelancer figures use the middle of typical UK prices in 2026. A rebuild is a 5 to 10 page WordPress site, or six weeks of an in-house developer’s salary, NI and pension. The first year is looking after a site you already have, hosted and maintained, with about two days of development a month, and leaves the rebuild out. No cap on how many requests you send, no hourly meter and no quotes. We work on one of your requests at a time and start the next as soon as one is done, so sending more lengthens your list rather than speeding it up. To get more done each month, add an extra request at a time for £449 a month.

We break bigger jobs, like a new section or an online shop, into smaller requests, so you see each part as it’s done and can fit other work in between. Rebuilding a whole site, or work that is not part of a website such as a separate internal system or app, is quoted as a project.
Add an extra request at a time for £449 a month. With two at a time, two of your requests are worked on together, so your list moves faster. Add one for a busy spell, like a launch, and remove it when things settle: it stops at the end of your billing month.

Each further WordPress site is £149 a month on your plan, taken on with no migration fee and hosted and run like your first. Your sites share your queue, so a further site does not add to how many we work on at a time: add an extra request at a time if you need more done.

Everything that keeps your sites running: managed hosting, WordPress and plugin updates with a backup taken before each one, security scanning, daily backups kept 90 days, uptime monitoring and a weekly report by email. Yes. ChatGPT, Claude and Grok all work, including on their free plans, and so does any other AI assistant that supports MCP connectors. Once connected it can read your site and raise requests with us, but it cannot change anything on it: our developers make every change. You connect your own account, and you can disconnect it in one click.
Yes, 3 months. After that your plan runs month to month: cancel any time, with no exit fees. Your sites come with you if you leave: we hand you a full copy of each one.
