Yes. The connection can only read. It can look at your pages, products and traffic and nothing else, so there is nothing for it to get wrong. When something does need changing, our developers do it and you approve the price first. Your AI assistant never gets a WordPress login.

Yes. We host it, and that is how the rest works. We move it for you for free, usually with no downtime at all, and most sites end up faster than they were.

ChatGPT, Claude and Grok all work, including on their free plans, and so does any other AI assistant with MCP connector support. Each one sets up a little differently, and the Wrev app has the instructions for yours.

By a human. Say it to your AI assistant, or raise it yourself in the Wrev app, and it becomes a development request. We send a fixed price, you say yes, our team does it. On Core you pay per request. Pro includes an hour a month. Unlimited has no limit.

Yes. A new build is a project rather than part of a plan: we go through what the site needs to do, agree a price and a start date, and build it. When it goes live one of these plans takes over and looks after it from day one. If you are not sure whether you need a new site or just some work on the one you have, ask on the demo and we will tell you straight.

Yes. wp-admin and your page builder are unchanged, and you can edit anything yourself whenever you want.

Yes. Ask what sold last month, what is low on stock, or which products get viewed but not bought. Changes to products or prices go to our developers as a request. WooCommerce sites start on Pro rather than Core: a site taking orders needs daily backups, because restoring a week-old backup means losing a week of orders, and a staging copy so changes are tried before they touch the checkout.

No. Everything else carries on without it: the hosting, the updates, the backups, the monitoring and the weekly report. Development requests can be raised straight in the Wrev app, so you never need the AI assistant to get something changed. The connection is there when you want a quick answer, and you can leave it switched off or disconnect it at any time.

Move up whenever you like and it starts straight away. Moving down takes effect at your next invoice, and we ask you to stay on the lower plan for three months before moving again, so the work we have set up for you is not being switched on and off month to month.

Your site is yours. Cancel anytime and we give you a full copy of the site and database, or move it to wherever you are going. No exit fees.
