Terms & Conditions

B3M Ltd trading as Wrev · Last updated 11 September 2026

Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" means B3M Ltd trading as Wrev, a company registered in the United Kingdom. "You" and "your" means you, our client.

By taking a plan with us, or by using the Wrev app, you agree to these terms. If we update them, we will email you and show a notice in the app. Carrying on after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms apply to plans started on or after 11 September 2026. Anyone on an earlier plan or subscription continues on the terms agreed when it began, and can move to a current plan at any time.

What Wrev is

Wrev hosts, looks after and develops WordPress websites. You move your site onto our hosting, we keep it updated, secure, backed up and monitored, and our developers make changes to it when you ask. You can connect your own AI assistant to your site, so you can ask it questions about the site and raise work for our developers from the conversation.

Everything runs through the Wrev app, on the web and on iPhone, where you can see your site, your requests and what your AI has read.

Your plan

Plans

We offer three plans, priced per site: Core, Pro and Unlimited. What each includes is set out on our website and in the app, and the app is the definitive record of what your site is on. Every plan includes managed hosting, WordPress and plugin updates, security, backups, uptime monitoring, the AI connection, the Wrev app and a weekly report. The plans differ in how development work is covered and in how often the site is backed up.

  • Core covers hosting and maintenance. Development is paid for per request, with a fixed price agreed before we start.
  • Pro includes one hour of development each month, daily backups kept for 90 days, a staging copy of your site, search ranking reports, proactive suggestions and a dedicated point of contact.
  • Unlimited includes as much development as you need, worked one request at a time, with no quotes and no hourly rates. It also includes a lead developer assigned to your site and a strategy call each quarter. Calls are arranged with you at a time that suits both of us, and a quarter’s call does not carry over if it is not taken.

A plan covers one WordPress site. If you would like us to look after more than one, each site has its own plan. They can be on different plans, under one account.

WooCommerce sites

A site that takes orders needs daily backups, because restoring a week-old backup would mean losing a week of orders, and a staging copy so changes can be tried before they touch the checkout. For that reason WooCommerce sites start on Pro rather than Core.

Changing plan

You can move up to a higher plan whenever you like. It takes effect straight away, and the difference is charged from that point. Moving down takes effect at your next invoice. When you move down we ask you to stay on the lower plan for three months before moving again, so that the work we set up for your site is not being switched on and off month to month. A WooCommerce site cannot move below Pro.

Price and payment

Prices are shown on our website and in the app, and exclude VAT, which is charged at the applicable rate. Your plan is collected monthly in advance: by Direct Debit through our payment partner GoCardless if you are in the United Kingdom, or by card through our payment partner Stripe if you are elsewhere. Payment is set up when you join. Development on Core is invoiced per request once you have approved the price. We may change our prices from time to time and will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects you.

Because your plan is collected in advance, a failed payment means the month ahead is not covered. If a payment fails we will let you know and try again. Development work stops while your account is unpaid. If your account is not brought up to date within 14 days, we will treat your plan as cancelled at the end of your last paid month, and the Cancelling section below applies. Your site stays online during those 14 days.

Development requests

What a request is

A request is a piece of work on your site: a change to a page, new content, a fix, a new feature, a change to products or prices, an integration. You can raise one by asking your AI or directly in the Wrev app. Every request is tracked, discussed and delivered through the app, and you can reorder your queue at any time to tell us what matters most.

How requests are priced

On Core, we send you a fixed price for each request before any work starts, and we only begin once you have approved it. There are no hourly rates, and nothing is charged that you have not agreed to.

On Pro, your plan includes one hour of development each month. Requests are worked against that hour first, and anything beyond it is priced and approved in the same way as on Core. The hour is monthly and does not carry over if it is not used.

On Unlimited, requests are included, with no cap on how many you can raise and no quotes. We work through your queue one request at a time, in the order you set. Raising more requests does not add capacity; it lengthens your queue.

Changes go live

We take a backup before every update and every change we make. Changes are made to your live site unless you ask for them to be tried on a staging copy first, which is included on Pro and Unlimited. If a change breaks something, we roll it back to the backup we took, at our cost.

Fair use on Unlimited

Unlimited means no cap on requests and no hourly meter. It does not mean unlimited simultaneous capacity. In addition, your plan covers the site it is attached to, for your own business: it cannot be shared with unrelated businesses, resold or used to deliver work for third parties, and requests should be genuine pieces of work you intend us to deliver. We look at usage at the level of your plan, not individual requests. If your usage consistently falls outside fair use we will always talk to you first and agree a way forward before anything changes. Where use is abusive rather than heavy, such as deliberately overloading your queue or our infrastructure, we may restrict or suspend service as set out under General below.

Building a new site

A new website, or a rebuild of your existing one, is a project rather than part of a plan. Before we quote we work out together what the site needs to do, then send you a written proposal setting out the scope, the price, the start date and how payment is staged. That proposal is the specification for the project. Work starts once you have approved it and the first payment has cleared.

Anything not described in the proposal is not included. Small details get handled as we go; the shape of what we agreed is fixed, so we both know what finished looks like. If you ask for something beyond the scope we will tell you before we start, price it, and only proceed once you have approved the cost. Changes to scope will usually move the delivery date, and we will tell you by how much.

We give you the site to review at the points set out in the proposal and again at completion, with two rounds of amends at each review for anything that is wrong, broken or not as specified. Please review within ten working days. If we have not heard from you in that time, or the site has gone into live use, we treat it as accepted and the final payment becomes due. Anything that does not work as specified is fixed at our cost.

Project timescales assume we get content, feedback, approvals and access when we ask for them. If a project stalls on your side for more than 30 days we may invoice the stage we have reached and release your slot in our schedule. If you cancel a project part way through, the first payment is not refunded and we invoice the work completed to that point. We hand over what has been built, but it will not be a finished, running site and we do not host it. If we cancel a project, which we would only do in exceptional circumstances, we refund anything you have paid for work not yet delivered.

We build sites to be run by us. When a new site goes live, one of our plans takes over and looks after it from that day.

Your AI connection

You can connect an AI assistant of your choice, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Grok, to your site through the Wrev app. The connection uses an open standard called MCP, and you connect your own account with the AI provider. It is read-only. Your AI can look at your pages, products and traffic and nothing else: it cannot edit, delete or publish anything, and it never receives a WordPress login. You can disconnect it at any time, and the app lists what your AI has read and when.

When you ask your AI about your site, the information it reads is sent to your AI provider and handled under that provider's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. You are responsible for being satisfied that you can share that information with the provider you choose, including any personal data on your site. Answers are generated by your AI provider, not by us. They may contain mistakes, and you should check anything important before you rely on it. Some providers only allow this kind of connection on certain of their plans, which is their decision rather than ours.

Nothing about your plan depends on the AI. The hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and weekly report carry on whether it is connected or not, and you can raise requests straight from the app.

What we provide

Hosting

Your site is hosted on our managed infrastructure, which includes the hosting itself, SSL, content delivery and the tooling we use to run and monitor it. This is included while your plan is active. Our plans are for sites we host; we are not able to look after a site hosted elsewhere. Each plan covers a site of ordinary size and traffic. If a site is well outside that, we will talk to you before anything changes.

Moving your site in

We move your existing WordPress site onto our hosting for free. You give us access to your current hosting and your domain, and we do the rest. We plan every move to avoid downtime, and for most sites there is none.

Free migration covers a WordPress site of ordinary size and build. Before we start we look at what is involved. If a site is unusually large or complex, for example a very large media library or database, a multisite, custom server dependencies, or a site that needs repairing or cleaning up before it can be moved safely, we will tell you what we have found and agree a price or a plan with you before anything happens. We never start work that carries a cost without your approval. In rare cases a site needs a short maintenance window to move; if so, we agree the timing with you first.

Once your site is running with us, your old hosting is yours to cancel. We do not do that for you, and we are not responsible for any charges from your previous host.

Updates, security and monitoring

We keep WordPress, your plugins and PHP up to date, and take a backup before every update. Every site has a firewall, malware scanning and SSL. Uptime and speed are monitored around the clock. This does not cover problems introduced by third parties you give access to, or by changes made outside our work.

Backups

Core sites are backed up weekly. Pro and Unlimited sites are backed up daily, with backups kept for 90 days. Backups are stored away from the server your site runs on. Restoring from a backup is included. Recovery from damage caused by unauthorised access, or by a third party you have given access to, is charged as a request.

Your developer

Requests are worked by our development team. On Pro you also have a dedicated point of contact, one named person who knows your site, and on Unlimited a lead developer assigned to it. We are available during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time, through the Wrev app and by email. We do not usually work through text messages, social media or personal messaging apps, because we cannot track those as a team.

Support

Technical support covers your site and the Wrev app, during business hours. If your site goes down we treat it as urgent. Support does not extend to your wider IT, your email, or services you run elsewhere.

How we work

Your developer picks up new requests within one working day and works through your queue in the order you set. How long a request takes depends on what it involves, our workload, and how quickly you send content, feedback and approvals. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. If a request cannot move forward without something from you, it returns to your queue tagged "Needs you" in the app and we move on to the next one. We pick it back up as soon as you have sent what we asked for. Your plan continues as normal while we are waiting on you.

Third-party services and costs

Your site depends on services provided by others: WordPress itself, plugins and themes, your domain registrar, your email provider, payment gateways, analytics, and the AI provider you connect. We choose reliable providers and keep what we install up to date, but we are not responsible for their outages, changes or pricing. If a provider changes something in a way that affects your site, we will tell you and work with you on alternatives. Work needed to adapt is delivered as a request.

Some costs are charged by third parties in your name and are yours to pay. These include your domain name registration and renewal, premium plugins or themes you choose to buy or already own, payment processing fees on sales through your site, usage-based services such as transactional email or SMS, and any paid plan with your AI provider. The licences we use to host, secure and maintain your site are included in your plan. We will tell you before we add anything that carries a new cost.

If you engage someone else to work on your site, such as an SEO agency, a content writer or another developer, tell us first. Third parties who need access put security and stability at risk, and we will not be liable for, or fix at our cost, problems they cause.

Cancelling

Your plan runs month to month, with no contract and no notice period. You can cancel at any time, and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for a partly used month.

Your site is yours. When your plan ends we give you a complete copy of your site and its database, or move it to your new hosting for you. There are no exit fees. After that, hosting, SSL, backups, security and monitoring stop, and you are responsible for hosting, securing, backing up and maintaining the site from then on. The AI connection ends with your plan.

Any request in progress when your plan ends is handed over as it stands rather than completed, unless you keep the plan running until it is done.

Intellectual property

What you own

You own your website, your content, your data and everything we build specifically for you: custom designs, custom code and custom functionality. Ownership of custom work transfers to you as it is paid for. On request we will provide source files for any custom assets we have created for you.

What we own

We keep ownership of the reusable code, tooling, processes and platform we have developed independently, including the Wrev app and the systems that run your hosting, backups, monitoring and AI connection. They may be used to run your site, but they remain ours and are not transferred to you. Plugins, themes and other third-party software remain subject to their own licences.

Content you provide

By giving us content or data, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including for it to be read by an AI you connect. You agree to cover us against any claim that content you supplied infringes someone else's rights or was shared without a lawful basis. Where we use AI-generated text, images or code in our work, we do so in line with applicable law, and we are not responsible for the originality of what an AI provider produces.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your WordPress and Wrev logins secure: strong unique passwords, two-factor authentication where available, and not sharing credentials over unencrypted channels. Anyone you give access to must do the same.

You are responsible for your site's content and for its compliance with the law, including privacy, cookie and consumer requirements and GDPR. If we provide template legal pages we do not guarantee they meet any particular requirement, and we recommend having them reviewed by a solicitor.

Registering and renewing your domain name is your responsibility. We will help connect it to your site, but we are not responsible for loss of access to it through non-payment or for any other reason.

Testimonials and marketing

We may use our work for you in our own marketing, including case studies, social media and our website, and may place a small attribution link on your site. We may ask you for a testimonial or to act as a reference. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will respect that.

Limitation of liability

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care, to the standard expected of a suitably qualified professional. We cannot guarantee that a website, or the services around it, will be free of errors or uninterrupted.

Our total liability to you under this agreement will not exceed the fees you have paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. We are not liable for loss caused by denial-of-service attacks, malware, third-party service outages, or by the outputs, errors or changes of any AI provider.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If there is a dispute, both of us agree to try mediation before going to court, with the cost of mediation shared equally. If mediation has not resolved it within 60 days, either of us may take it to a court in the United Kingdom.

General

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or end service to any client for any reason. If we end your plan without cause, the Cancelling section applies and we hand your site over in the same way. Neither of us may transfer this agreement to someone else without the other's consent. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with your plan details shown in the app, are the whole agreement between us and replace any earlier agreement. We may update these terms from time to time. We will email you about any change, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
