Fix My Legals

Fix My Legals is a conveyancing concierge service founded to take the frustration out of the property transaction process. Based in Derby, the company supports mortgage brokers, property agents, commercial finance brokers and homeowners by partnering with exceptional law firms to deliver a faster, more transparent conveyancing experience.

About Fix My Legals

With an average completion time of 67 days, against a UK average of 114, and consistently outstanding reviews from its legal partners, Fix My Legals has quickly become a trusted name in the property industry. As it grows its network of introducers and partners, its website has to explain its value as clearly as its team does in person.

The challenge

Fix My Legals is growing fast, adding partners, services, people and awards, and its website has to keep up. Before Wrev, updates were difficult to make, and the site struggled to get across what makes the company different: the faster completions, significant savings and premium service. Testimonials and results were underused, and the site was not converting the interest the team generates through its broker and agent network.

For a business built on trust, transparency and doing what it promises, a website that did not deliver the same experience was holding it back.

What we do for them

The site leads with the company’s strongest assets: speed, savings and service. The homepage presents the key statistics, client outcomes and a clear path for each audience, whether they are a homeowner, broker, agent or solicitor.

Fix My Legals home page: headline figures on a black band, including 45 legal partners, 10,026 homeowners moved, a £359 average saving and a 4.8 average review score, above a Dedicated Support For section with routes for clients, brokers, agents and lawyers

We keep it as current as the team. This year that has meant team page updates as people join and roles change, a jobs page with an application form and CV upload, award logos for its Global 100 and ESTAS 2026 wins, a mortgage broker’s testimonial, and regular blog posts.

The site is hosted, secured, updated and backed up by Wrev, so the team can focus on what they do best: fixing legals. The current site is one we built for them, and we have looked after it since.

The results

Fix My Legals has a website that sells the service as well as the team does. The differences that matter are front and centre, every audience has a clear journey, and the site supports the company’s growth across its broker and agent network.

The team can publish new content, update service details and keep the site in step with the business without any technical burden. For a company that promises to take the frustration out of conveyancing, the website keeps the same promise from the first click.
