About AL Baron

Combining deep local expertise with international operating standards, AL Baron has built a reputation for tailored, intelligence-led security. As the firm raised its profile and expanded its intelligence reporting, it needed a better way to deliver those reports, and a website that matched the calibre of its work.

The challenge

AL Baron’s intelligence and security reports had become a regular deliverable for clients, partners and stakeholders. Subscribers depended on timely briefings, but every release meant compiling lists by hand, sending the emails, tracking who had received what and managing preferences one at a time. As the audience grew, the process stopped scaling, and the work that mattered was competing with the admin of getting it out.

The website had the same problem in a different form. It did not do justice to the breadth of AL Baron’s services, the depth of its expertise or the professionalism it brings to every engagement. Prospective clients were not getting an accurate picture of the operation behind it.

What we built

We rebuilt the website to match the firm’s positioning, with every page structured to show its capability, services and operational maturity from the first visit.

Alongside it, we built an automated distribution system for the security reports. A report is uploaded once and goes out to the right groups of subscribers on its own. Sign-ups, preferences, segmentation and delivery tracking are handled end to end, so the team produces the intelligence and the distribution takes care of itself.

The two work as one. The site attracts and qualifies subscribers, and the distribution system runs the relationship from there.

The results

Distribution that used to take hours for every release now happens on its own, with cleaner segmentation, better tracking and faster delivery. That time goes back into the intelligence work itself.

Prospective clients now land on a site that signals the professionalism of the operation behind it, with AL Baron’s services presented as clearly as they deserve.

After launch

AL Baron’s WordPress site is hosted, secured, updated and backed up by Wrev, with development included in their subscription. The site came first, the report distribution after it, and the next piece will build on both.

That is how it tends to go. The site is looked after every day, and when the business is ready for something new, it gets built on a site that is already in good hands.
