Two things. Your Fees page still shows last year’s prices, and a physio who left in March is still on the team page.

WordPress is what we do, every day. Plugins, page builders, WooCommerce, forms and analytics: our developers already know the tools your site runs on.

The problem

Managing your website shouldn’t be this much work.

  • Small changes take a fortnight.

Every change means chasing a web agency or a freelancer who has gone quiet, because nobody in the office will touch the WordPress login.

  • Nobody’s watching it.

Plugins months out of date, backups nobody has tested, and you hear the site is down from a customer.

  • A site that can’t grow with you.

Ask another web agency to take it over and they won’t touch it. They tell you that you need a new site.

  • Too many suppliers.

A hosting company, a web agency and whoever did the last fix each have a piece. Nobody looks after the whole site.

  • No idea what’s working.

Which pages bring enquiries, what visitors actually do, whether the contact form still sends: nobody’s looking.

The Wrev platform

Your site, your requests and your team, in one place.

Every plan includes the Wrev platform, in your browser and on the Wrev app for iPhone and Android, with unlimited users. It’s where your site gets looked after.

  • Raise a request and follow it to done. Type it on the platform or ask your AI assistant. It lands in your queue, and you watch it move from queued to in progress to complete.
  • Talk to the team. Every request has its own chat with our developers. Attach files, ask questions, sign it off.
  • See your traffic and sales. What visitors looked at, what they bought and where they came from, in plain English, with a report emailed every week.
  • Know when anything moves. Email and push notifications on the Wrev app tell you when a request needs you or is done.
  • Bring the whole team. Unlimited users on every plan, each with their own login, and you choose who sees prices.

How did the site do this week?

1,340 visitors, up 18% on last week. Most of it came from Google search.Wk 1Wk 2Wk 3Wk 4

Why the jump?

Your guide to working out load ratings started ranking for “castor load rating”. It brought 210 of those visitors and half of them went on to a product page.

Turn that into a one-page update for my director

Done. The three numbers that moved, the chart, and a short note on what caused it.Website update, October.pdf1 page, ready to send

That guide never links to the braked range. Add a link at the end.

Raised with the Wrev team. A developer will add it and reply in the thread when it is live.

What actually sold last month?

296 orders, £38,600, up 11% on September.Braked 125mm138Swivel 100mm92Stainless 80mm57Nylon 75mm9

How many of the 125mm braked have we got left?

340 on the shelf. At the last four weeks’ rate that is about a fortnight, and the next production run is booked for the 19th.

Has anything come through the trade form this week?

Four distributor enquiries, the last one on Tuesday. Three read the load rating guide first, and two came back to the price list a second time.

And build me a production forecast for the next six weeks

Based on three months of sales against what is on the shelf now, with the two urgent lines at the top.Production forecast, six weeks.csv11 lines

The 125mm braked is rated to 200kg after the retest, not 180. Where does the site still say 180?

Four places: the product page, the comparison table, the datasheet PDF and the FAQ. The datasheet is a file, so it needs regenerating rather than editing.

Change all four

The product page, the comparison table and the FAQ are text, so I can change those myself: 180kg becomes 200kg in each. Shall I? The datasheet is a file, so I’ve raised that with the Wrev team, who will take a backup before they replace it.

Yes

Done. All three now say 200kg and are live, and any of them can be undone.

The factory shuts from the 24th, last dispatch on the 19th. Get that on the site.

Raised: a notice on every page, the delivery page, and the dispatch times on the shop. Set to come down on the 2nd so nobody has to remember.

How we protect it

Kept safe, kept running.

Every site on Wrev is firewalled, kept up to date, monitored and backed up, and every change we make is logged.

Firewall and malware scanning

Every site sits behind a firewall, with SSL, and is scanned for malware and vulnerabilities.

Always up to date

WordPress, plugins and PHP kept current, with a backup taken before every update.

Backed up and recoverable

Weekly on Core, daily on Pro and Unlimited, stored away from the server. If anything ever breaks, we roll it back.

Watched around the clock

We check your site constantly, so we usually know something is wrong before you do.

Every change logged, and undoable

Every change we make to your site is logged, and we save each page before we edit it, so a single change can be undone without restoring the whole site.

Your AI asks before it changes anything

Your AI can read your site and change its content, but only after showing you the change and getting your yes. It can't touch your layout, design or settings, never gets a WordPress login, and every change can be undone.
